These Terms govern your use of the ChromaShiftAi mobile application ("App"), developed by Habil Demirci ("Developer", "we", "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control.

2. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional, except when purchasing premium features.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers:

• Monthly Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

3.1 Payment Terms

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Renewal charges occur within the last 24 hours of the subscription period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

3.2 Free Trials

Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. AI Features

AI functionality such as image modification and content generation relies on:

• Gemini 2.5 Flash
• Gemini 3 Pro

Your inputs may be sent to these AI services for processing.

AI results may sometimes be inaccurate — you use them at your own discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Misuse AI features
• Attempt reverse engineering
• Use the App for commercial or automated purposes without permission

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

No warranty is guaranteed regarding accuracy of AI outputs or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI outputs.
• We are not liable for lost data, damages, or misuse of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey unless otherwise required by your local laws.
