This Privacy Policy explains how Habil Demirci ("Developer", "I", "me") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ChromaShiftAi mobile application ("App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

I collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve the App.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information (optional):

If you choose to create an account (required only for purchasing premium features), I collect:

• Email
• Password
• Display name (name/surname)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, IP address, language, and general diagnostic data.
• Usage Data: Features used, time spent in the app, interaction patterns.
• Analytics Data: Collected via Firebase Analytics to improve performance and stability.

2.3 Information Collected With Your Permission

The App may request:

• Camera Access: To allow you to take photos for AI modification.
• Photo Library Access: To upload images into the App and to save generated content.
• Push Notifications: To send updates or alerts (optional).
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Used for advertising attribution if you allow it. Tracking is NOT required to use the App.

3. AI Features & Data Usage

ChromaShiftAi uses third-party AI services (Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 3 Pro) provided by Google.

• Your image/text inputs are sent securely to these AI providers only to generate results you request.
• I do not use your data to train my own models.
• Whether Google uses data to improve their models depends on Google’s policies; I do not opt in to any custom training using your identifiable data.
• I do not store your AI inputs on my servers except where necessary for app functionality (e.g., recent history).

4. How We Use Your Information

I use your information to:

• Provide app functionality.
• Maintain and improve AI features.
• Deliver your subscription and manage purchases.
• Send customer support responses.
• Analyze usage to improve performance.
• Send optional push notifications.

5. Sharing Your Information

Your information may be shared only in these cases:

• With AI Providers: For processing your AI requests.
• With Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, payment processing (Apple), troubleshooting.
• For Legal Requirements: Only when required by law.
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly approve sharing.

I never sell or trade your personal data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may request:

• Access to your data
• Correction or deletion
• Restriction of processing
• Withdrawal of consent
• Data portability

• Account data is kept until you delete your account.
• AI inputs are deleted automatically after processing unless required by functionality (such as recent history).
• Data is deleted securely when no longer needed.

I use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Privacy Policy may be updated. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
